Complimentary standard shipping is provided for all domestic orders over $150. We partner with premium carriers to offer reliable worldwide delivery, ensuring your heirloom garments arrive safely and promptly at your home.
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed garments in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom creations and personalized embroidery pieces are final sale due to their bespoke nature.
Each delicate piece is carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a protective keepsake box. This meticulous packaging preserves the hand-smocked details and intricate needlework during its transit to you.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label, and refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within five business days.
